How fast does that Sneaky Frog process orders?

Our normal turnaround time for getting orders out the door is approximately 1 - 2 business days, though we usually try to ship same or next day if possible -- or Sneaky Frog gets irritable.  No one wants to see an irritable Frog!

Unlike some companies who run HUGE lots of mass produced candles and just throw a box on a conveyor belt, Sneaky Frog makes all of us earn our flies, er, keep around here so we have to keep inventory fresh for orders as they come in.  All inventory on this site should be in stock, ready to box up and ship out -- but none of it is months or even years old!

All Sneaky Frog's Candles and Melts get poured by hand, labeled by hand, packaged by hand and shipped by hand.

Why do you not ship internationally?

Honestly, every country has complex and complicated import laws that give Sneaky Frog a headache.  He'd rather keep making sometimes crazy candles than stay up late nights researching import-export laws.  One day, though.  One... day.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
